Workers and management were very nice and respectful. Everyone had masks. The lobby just needs to be a little more clean. Over all for Burger King it was a good experience.
Cold, sloppy made food. No excuses. There’s no drive thur line no one else in the dining room but 2 old men and there coffee. I could have made better i stayed home. Look st the pictures of our food. Opens the burrito wrap and it popped open like ta da. The cheese is still cold as ice. I see they have a full kitchen staff too. Will not come back for breakfast.
Theres a younger guy named Tucker that truly changed my mind on this Burger king. He was very nice mind you i just got off a 15 hour shift i work in the mental health field.. I know its just bk but Tucker was very nice and smiled the entire time you dont find that service in many places like this. So Thank you Tucker for ending my night on a good note.
This is the best place to get Fast Food in Amsterdam!
My partners and I order food from here all the time because it’s always prepared quickly, accurately(even when we have a complicated order or adjustments) and is always served hot and fresh!
The staff at this store are amazing and always happy, polite, and willing to greet you and have a chat with you while your food is prepared. They’re always very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and current promotions, and go out of their way to make sure every customer feels welcome and appreciated.
I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant over any other local burger places. No other fast food joint in Amsterdam can compete when it comes to a quick burger and fries and an ice cold coke!
If I could rate higher, I would and,if you order DoorDash, your order will almost always be exactly how you wanted it without issues! In the four years we’ve been using it(when we don’t have a chance to visit in-person,) we’ve never had any of our orders missing anything!
This BK is the best in Montgomery County, if not the entire Capital Region! 10/10!!
