Had the chicken over rice decent amount of rice and chicken. Love the variety of things you can add such as salad, hummus, chickpeas etc. Ordered the spicy fries which was good not spicy but well seasoned. The shrimp gyro was a bit soggy but not bad. Overall good food definitely recommend
Visited Steam Grill yesterday for a quick dinner. The owner greeted us and took our order. We ordered the buffalo wings, spicy chicken sandwich combo and mix over rice. All the food was delicious. The spicy chicken sandwich was the best👌 They had a different style gyro over rice which included chick peas, black beans, olives, hummus, salad, onions and pita bread. It was different from the cart gyros we usually eat.
This is one of the best gyro spots in NY
And it’s because of their salad. All the extras except egg is included in the price. I got the chicken over rice with everything from their salad bar on it including the egg and pita bread on top. Excuse my picture I was hungry and could not wait for the picture 🥶
Shrimp gyro tasted good. Adding water to dilute the cilantro sauce made tge fish gyro cold. Other than that it was good. There was only one person working, so a huge delay with getting food ready. Other than that, taste wise it is good.
I hate leaving bad reviews and I rarely do so. But this is the second time the chicken nuggets were not cooked properly. The order was given on Uber eats around 2PM, Sun June 23rd.
