Jimmy Hays Steak house is supposed to be the Peter Luger of Long beach but this place not even close it. This was my first time at this restaurant for my buddy’s birthday. Service was slow, bacon was not good at all and jumbo shrimps were very small compared to other steak houses. Rest of the food steak and side dishes were fine. Overall, I enjoyed the food but I am not sure if I would try this place again.

Can never go wrong at Jimmy Hays, No matter what steak you choose you cannot go wrong , every steak they make is absolutely amazing . The Gorgonzola bread is by far the best G bread out there. Side dishes are delicious as well, I recommend the sautéed spinach. They have valet parking right when you pull up to the front

THE BEST IN LONG ISLAND!!!!!! I’ve been coming here with my family for around 20+ years now! The staff is like family, the food is angelic, the ambiance is perfect! You could not ask for a better steak house! 10000000/10 will come back here until the day I die
We really had a great experience. Our food was great from start to finish. I am also glad we didn’t skip dessert, the deep dish brownie dessert was a 10/10 and I will be craving it. We will definitely be back!
Went for my birthday and couldn’t have been happier. Great service, drinks and food. The beef wellington is delicious! And the calamari was also very good. Wife got the dover sole which waa also very tender and good. Will be back!
