My wife and I went there Sunday morning for the first time. Upon arrival it was somewhat busy and we were advised to find a seat anywhere we wanted. I’m not blaming the staff of one woman, but we soon realized they were short staffed. We waited a short time, but not very long. We got coffee first which was good, not like the typical coffee shop dish water. We bother ordered the classic breakfast which included 3 eggs, hash browns, toast, bacon and choice of pancakes or French toast all for $13. With this inflation that’s outstanding! Anyway we got out breakfast and all I can say is WOW! The eggs were over easy, toast was Texas size toast and the bacon (a good amount) had a good flavor. Now I’m the type of person that likes hash browns with sliced potatoes and onion. I guess they’re the old fashioned type. The French toast was thick with lots of cinnamon. I’m thinking it’s more of a cinnamon bread made into French toast. I’ve never had that before and I loved it and everything else. It was all perfect and did I mention it was all for $13. Like I mentioned I’ve never been here before and I’m not favoring anyone, but I really liked it here and I told my wife we will definitely return in the future.
What a wonderful spot! Happened to pop in on our way through town and had the most delicious meal, they even make their own bread! The staff were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was so homey, 10/10 would recommend!!
Divey style diner. You have the option to sit at the counter also. Eggs Benedict were awesome. Thick piece of ham and homemade hollandaise sauce. Homemade bread across the board. Mushroom 4 egg omelette was also good. Great prices and service! Cash only.
This place is a gem, the service is super fast and it is also very tasty, not many places open on Monday and Tuesday so we stopped here and glad we did, one of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time!!! Will definitely be going back again!!!
We visited on a busy Sunday morning when only the cook and 1 waitress were working. We were seated quickly. The food was excellent and came out pretty quick for being short staffed. Would certainly visit again.
