Great food. Rain, the owner, is wonderful! We got the sausage gravy biscuits with fried eggs and the Oreo french toast special, both were superb! On Rain’s recommendation, I tried a vanilla lavender latte. I’ve never had lavender with coffee before, but I was pleasantly surprised how well they paired and loved it! Definitely worth checking out!
Just off the toll road in the cuntry the cheff and owner is doing a great job bringing this old dinner back to life. She has a simple menu that will fill your belly. She is also kid freindly, our 3 year old loved visiting.
My wife and I stopped in on our way back from a concert in Albany. We were both extremely hungry and a little tired from the night before. The owner greeted us as soon as we arrived. I had an omelette and my wife had the French toast. The food was great, the owner was very friendly and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The kitchen is open to the dining area and it is most likely the cleanest kitchen that my wife and I have ever seen. Just a short drive right off from I 90 exit 27 and you will find this gem of a restaurant. Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And if you are lucky, you’ll see a little princess sitting at one of the tables. Great place!
What a fantastic place. Rain (owner) is lovely, friendly, and helpful. The food is outstanding. The breakfast burrito is a revelation. The special (caramel apple French toast) was killer, and I took a lot of it home. And the convo matches the food in quality. Highly recommend!
Very modest on the outside, but delightfully charming inside, this diner exceeded our expectations! The delicious food was complimented by the warm, friendly service, especially by Rain, the owner. The breakfast burrito was exceptional.
