I have fallen in love with this sweet spot. The food, atmosphere, and service are the best around. I loved the experience so much that I returned the next day, and everything was spot on again. The waitresses are all kind, pleasant, and polite, delivering excellent customer service all around. It doesn’t matter who you are, what you look like, or where you come from. They welcome everyone who walks through the door, and it reminds me of all the southern spots I have frequented, but up north. What a treasure. The food is fantastic. I had an egg white omelet with American cheese and sausage, home fries, and wheat toast. My son had the strawberry shortcake pancakes. The portion sizes were extra large. Definitely a lot of bang for your hard earned buck. I invited my friend and her boys to return with us the next day. Same stellar service and phenomenal food. My second time, I had a cheese omelet with home fries and wheat toast. I am an omelet girl, and they are super tasty at this quaint spot. My son had cinnamon bun pancakes with bacon. He raved about how good they were. My girlfriend opted for eggs benedict with poutine home fries, and her boys shared the strawberry shortcake pancakes. I will be returning again and again and again. This spot is seasonal, and it is definitely worth trying if ever in the Alexandria Bay area. They are open for breakfast and lunch only. I do believe doors are locked at 1400. Keep up the sensational work, ladies.

Upon decent into the grand entry way we knew right away that they weren’t holding back any amount of wolf. Loaded. Packed to the brim with wolf. We stumbled aimless through the tables before hearing the call of from our waitress; “How many?”. We sat, we ate, we conquered.

Great food, amazing staff, awesome times. 100% would recommend. Get the sausage gravy, it’s made in house.

The pancakes are great. The country fried steak is really good and don’t forget to order bacon with your home fries. And I should of asked for me gravy to smother my plate of eggs and home fries with the steak.
Wolfes is our favorite breakfast spot off NY-12.

Only gave this a 2 star because we had a nice table outside. We ordered 8 breakfasts and they were all pretty bad. Strawberry rhubarb french toast had about a table spoon of the topping on three pieces of the flattest bread I have ever seen. You could not even see the strawberry rhubarb let alone taste it. Bacon was ordered well done but we did not get it well done. Omelettes had no flavor to them. No matter what kind of toast we ordered, we all just got white. Service was super slow. 50 minutes to get our breakfast. Restaurant was full but not overflowing. Very disappointing.

I love Alexandria Bay but I have to admit the breakfast isn’t as good at Wolf’s as it used to be with other owner. Everything tasted like it was made so far Hamburg of time, even the toast.
