Great coffees for great prices 👍 staff is usually very nice but understandably they get busy and anyone would be stressed in that situation ^^
Food and drinks are great when the order is correct. The wait times keep getting longer and longer in the drive through. I just spent 35 minutes in the drive through for a vanilla latte and old fashioned donut. And the latte was the wrong one. It’s gone downhill for over a year now and today was my last time going for a while. I’ve been here over 100 times and can’t deal with the inconsistency anymore.
This location is extremely inconsistent with service. Today I made my order on the app, and when I arrived at the store the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. This ALWAYS means a 30-45 minute wait. I got out and tried to go in store since my order should have already been made and waiting by this point so I should have been able to walk in and pick it up off the counter. Ended up the front door was locked and the employee inside pointed at the drive thru window.
So, either be forced to wait 30-45 minutes or abandon your order, I chose to abandon the order since the app conveniently doesn’t allow you to cancel an order.
This location seem to have a management problem. The employees in the store seem to be doing what they’re supposed to, but there just aren’t enough of them, this particular day their only appeared to be one employee in the store.
PLEASE get this location better managed, if the regional manager needs to be in the store making coffee in the morning, so be it. Whatever it takes to provide at least mediocre service.
This location is hit or miss. There’s a 50/50 shot in the morning whether this location is complete chaos or a functioning business. There seems to always be a manager on site that cares and is doing their best, but it isn’t uncommon for there to only be two employees running the store, or a good manager trying to make 3 zombie employees function. I would just advise if you show up in the morning and the line is long, just keep on moving and think of somewhere else to go.
People complain about the drive through and ordering ahead, but other than that this place is extremely friendly and in my experience does it work quick. Love the drive through staff
