Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and 2 hot chocolate drinks on the app, (because I have developed an allergic reaction to coffee & have a tree nut allergy), on our way to a softball tournament on a cold morning at 6:25 am. Sandwich was lukewarm and we were given 2 coffees with caramel and chocolate, not home-made hot chocolate with milk and flavoring. I live in between 2 Dunkin locations, so will continue to support the other location where my order is 99% correct…. Just a total waste of money today!!! Why is there such a problem with attention to details at this location?????
This used to be one of my favorite places on my way to work to get breakfast and coffee they hired some new people customer service has gone down tremendously I ordered a egg and cheese croissant mold was all over the bread it was absolutely no way that they could not have seen that I asked for some sugar for my coffee I got an attitude back replied you don’t see the sugar on the outside on the table so I said okay leaving out the door the lady gave me a smart smirk saying okay now you have a good day and I said the same to you I no longer go there anymore don’t have time for it
My first visit ever to any Dunkin bc I was going for a coworker and I thought I would give it a try too. I was def NOT IMPRESSED. Not sure if it was just this location but these employees were so freakin rude I could feel it! It must have really inconvenienced her when I had the AUDACITY TO ASK FOR A CUP HOLDER for my two giant drinks bc she rolled her eyes so hard! When I got to work right across the street, I went to grab my super heavy drinks and almost lost them both bc the drink carrier was broken. It was torn so bad theres no way she didn’t know that when she handed me those drinks. Whoever it was, YOU SUCK!!!!

I love their coffee but is like a million calories. Breakfast sandwiches were not that great. I probably should have gotten donuts…
Walk in customers are not a priority at this location. Workers are sitting in dining room and seemed surprised someone would choose to walk inside. Customer service must be a thing of the past or proper training is never completed. iPhone scrolling is definitely a skill utilized proficiently.
