Training issue. Food is ok but if you order coffee with added shots they don’t give the full shot. Coffee is still weaker than my taste. Training has been an issue at this Dunkin for a while.
Saint was amazing!! She was kind and friendly and super fast! She made it so fun for my daughter to pick her donut gift boxes!! We will definitely come back, especially if she’s at the register 🫶🫶🫶
This location, the employees seems to be more about playing games and cutting up with each other compared to taking care of customers. I have come in over 4 times the last week and every time i am waiting 15 minutes for 1 donut and it is ridiculous when 3 people are in the store “working”. There was 1 employee who was running around back and fourth completing all mobile orders on her own while the other 2 did nothing. Poor management, poor staffing, and and unprofessional location. The dine in area is nasty with crumbs and icing on the seats and sticky bathroom floors. Do better!
Hit or Miss on powdered jelly donuts being in stock, hit or miss on jellies actually having jelly. Hit or miss on being fresh as well. Check them before you leave the drive thru window. Coffee here is nasty burn old tasting.
Hit or miss, we usually miss on most orders because my husband picksup and refuses to take 5 seconds to make sure everything correct or fresh. You cannot trust DD not to sell old hard rocks.
5/12/24 I was pleasantly surprised to heart shaped donuts. A watermelon flavored pink-red sprinkles with jelly. Unfortunately, no jelly inside mine. Fake out. It tasted really good. I also got a powdered with jelly and this one was loaded with jelly. So much, my shirt got some too. Oink.
Historically I really don’t care for dunkin’ 🤷🏽♀️. But I frequently like to stop and get them for my co-workers. This is the very first location out of the six states I have lived in where the donuts actually taste like they were made fresh in the store. They are delicious. I can’t stop raving about them. And they are always served with politeness and a smile. Thanks for making my morning! 🍩
