In my opinion, their coffee is MUCH better than anything served at Starbucks. They have GREAT brunch options. I recommend the everything stuffed bagel minis! They’re excellent. My favorite drinks are:
-Pink Velvet Iced Macchiato with whipped cream
-Pink Velvet Cold Brew with cold foam AND whipped cream topping
-Iced Macchiato in Coconut (6 shots) with Vanilla (6 shots). Both flavors are sugar-free but do not taste so AT ALL!!! I add Splenda, rather than sugar.
Traveling! The woman up front was very nice! Very clean and nice. We asked for well done bacon and we received that! My avocado toast was very good. This Dunkin is a lot cheaper than the one in kimball TN. Loved it!
Usually this place is great. Today I went in and ordered and one of my coffees tasted bad. I ask the lady if she could make something else and she said “No sorry you’ve already paid for that” I realized on the cups sticker it wasn’t what I had ask for but I just threw it away. The drive thru crew has always been amazing today’s crew was unprofessional and too busy talking about the shift before not stocking to pay attention to what people were ordering.
These donuts are apparently shipped there early in the mornings because apparently they do not have a kitchen there, where they are being made freshly and you do not smell any freshly baking going on there… but by the time I got mine order at lunch time they were dry and stale. They were being stored under a plastic covered wrap before being put in the display case. this is the second DD that I’ve been to that let me down, the first one was in Tullahoma Tennessee. And I thought I would give them a second chance to redeem there selves, but the second chance made no difference… I’d rather go to the other donut place just right down the road from them and get my order next time. Or go to Gadsden to Krispy kremes where they are made on site hot and fresh daily, and get theirs.. they never let me down.
Fort Payne store you got to do better than this, for me to change my review and score for your store.
I lost hope for Dunkin’ donuts a long time ago. I only went here cause my husband wanted to go, but they restored my faith in this company. Fresh food/ Donuts and the coffee actually tastes like coffee. The staff is also so lovely and nice. In comparison with the ones in Valdosta, Ga I am floored with how amazing they were. They put the stale donuts and coffee from my hometown to shame. This shop shows everyone what Dunkin’ should be like.
