I love their cold coffee better than Starbucks. More coffee flavor. I had a muffins at about 130 that was stale and fell apart all over me. The flavor was good, just stale. I wasn’t upset, but it’s the only muffin they carry, so I thought I was going to really enjoy it. So if you want a muffin from DD, go very early I guess.
I havent been to this location in over a year because the previous workers there had nasty attitudes. But this day here I must say the service was on point and my butter pecan iced coffee was made with love and to perfection. So yeah it look like I’ll be returning. Thank you’ll soo much🙃
Just purchased 2 cups of coffee and 2 bagels that was hard a a rock. Also the guy in the front was very rude not taking or greeting us. We also had to put cream cheese on our own bagel.
When did Dunkin make u put your own cream cheese. You don’t even get a thankyou .
I do not care if i sound like a “Karen”, because this is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried to give Dunkin’ multiple chances and yet I am always disappointed. Either no one is at the window, the service is rude or the coffee is just disgusting. I just gave them my last chance and I am not even surprised I was disappointed, I ordered a simple vanilla iced coffee with extra cream and sugar, the service was rude, and the coffee just tasted burnt and bitter. How do you even manage to mess up a vanilla iced coffee? I will no longer be wasting my money at Dunkin’ and neither should you.
5/16/24 afternoon 2pm A young lady waited on me. I asked her to put almond milk in my refresher and l would paid extra and she didn’t want to do it. I have been all over the US visiting and l always visit the local Dunkin and noone ever told me that it couldn’t be done. Her attitude was so negative that l would never visited this location again!!. She needs to be retrained on customer service So sad!!👎👎
