    Lady at the prompter speaker was fine. Young lady at the window was very rude in her attitude. Not saying a single word and bodily language do translate to rude service. This was the donut we received after specifically requesting a better glazed donut. I wouldn’t waste my time with this shop.

    Had to delete old review.
    I have been coming to this Dunkin since they opened.
    Over the last 6 months, the place has improved so much. The food is great, and the young man who prepares my food every Sunday never complains when I ask for my food to stay in the oven a little extra longer.
    I do not eat the donuts so I can’t give a review on those.
    The drinks are always amazing. Everyday, I look forward to my drinks. Yes drinks, because I stop by sometimes 2 or 3x a day.
    There is ever rarely a mess up and when there is, it is small and they catch it before I receive my drinks.
    The staff is wonderful. Best working crew in a restaurant/food environment I have ever seen. Very polite, even when they are short staffed sometimes. I come all different times of the day and each person greets me coming in and says a farewell when leaving.
    I applaud the changes they have made, and I hope the staff keeps up the good work.** I hope this company really takes time to recognize their staff in this location.***

    Consistently bad experiences here. Out of all of the fast-food restaurants in Enterprise, I’ve had a higher volume of bad service interactions here than anywhere else in town. As a former service industry employee, I go out of my way to be kind and patient because I understand. This place will put you to the test, though…

    Very long wait times and high prices mixed with openly rude employees = avoid this establishment. There are much better options

    I went to order something today at the drive thru and this very polite man took my order, his name is Ben. Let me just tell y’all. He was so pleasant so sweet and kind. It was a great experience and great coffee! Thank you Ben! And everyone at Dunkin!

  • Community Landscaping

    Received wrong order in drive-through. I brought the food back in only to see them give that food to another customer. After explaining what I had ordered for times they still could not get it right.

    Not worth the time or the hassle to stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Most of the staff are completely incompetent and in capable of running a shower let alone a Dunkin’ Donuts.
