My latte is always perfect but it’s the fantastic customer service lately that has me leaving this review. I’m not sure who hired the gentleman that has served me the last two times but kiddos to you. I had almost quit coming due to a few rude female works in the past. Keep up the good work Opelika Dunkin. You rock!
Ever since the new management took over, service has been great. It seems like the employees actually care. My coffee is always made right, to the point where this is the only dunk and I ever want to go to. Even when I’m out of town I dread knowing that the others will probably mess up my order never here.
I absolutely ADORE the morning crew. They are fun, authentic, and provide real raw customer service. I enjoy seeing their faces everyday when I get my usual coffee and having our quick window chat! They are, hands down, the best.
Something needs to be done about this location it is the only so horrible.
Mobile order placed 30 minutes in advance and still not ready when I arrive and people in line are steadily getting theirs when they just ordered.
They don’t prioritize delivery or mobile orders at all.
Manager is overheard being stark about customers and to staff.
Hope something can be done because it has been like this for a year.
I keep going back to this place thinking that just maybe they’re having a bad day when I go there but from my experience, it seems to be that every day is a bad day at Dunkin’ Donuts in Opelika, Alabama. These people hate their job and could not care less about the people they are serving. I often place mobile orders and they are never ready when I get there regardless of if I place it five minutes before I arrive or 30 minutes before I arrive. I always have to ask for additional items off of my mobile orders. Something needs to be done about this location and how it is run. It’s terrible.
