By far the best bakery with the best food with the friendliest staff ever. I would highly recommend them to anyone around. They have the best cupcakes and make the most beautiful and delicious cakes ever!!!!!!!

I’m sorry to say, I really didn’t like this bakery. Had several baked goods, only ok. The most popular dish, chicken salad – awful.

The staff is SUPER friendly. I walked in to just say hello to the owner and ending up buying two cupcakes!

Aunt Bea’s is a fantastic bakery shop, hands down, the best in the Shoals area. I’ve never had something from this store that wasn’t delicious. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. I would highly recommend them.

Edit: In light of the review from the owner.. NOTE: I didn’t earn a Local Guide badge by leaving false reviews. So, if you want to call a customer dishonest and claim you tried to remedy the situation, maybe you should recall the events of the correct order. First off, I sent my father to get the cake and he did say something when he picked it up but based on what it looked like, he did decline to have it fixed. He didn’t want it to be worse. And yes, I paid for it over the phone since it was expensive and it was a gift to my family from me since I couldn’t attend. The ACTUAL issue was over a cake with a dreamcatcher for a baby shower, and FYI, ‘Raelyn’ isn’t a long a name. Nothing was said about the name except that for the size of the cake, it could have been written in two lines, like any sane person would have deduced. But the major issue was over the hideous thing you painted on the cake and called a dreamcatcher, when the picture you were sent clearly showed it made out of fondant. I am attaching a picture to further support my complaint. If you need reminding of how the event went down, feel free to give me a call. IF you can find the correct record of the order. Original Post: If I could give ZERO stars, I would. After 2 custom cakes from this place looking nothing extraordinary and definitely NOT worth the HEFTY price… I will NOT be coming to this bakery anymore. Yes, I did speak with the staff and try to remedy the situation but, that was even a joke as well. You don’t just offer to fix something hours before the event. You make and design the cake CORRECTLY the first time so you don’t need a 2nd attempt. My advice: go to Publix. Same quality cakes, less money and MUCH less of a hassle to deal with.
