This is a nice Panera. Good location for an easy in and out just off the interstate. Well laid out with spread out inside dining and nice outside eating area. Standard Panera menu with a nice selection of coffee and teas. We ate at 1130 and they had several employees just standing around when several tables needed cleaning so that cost them a star.
We ordered our food and they were nice but when we pulled up to the drive through window MAJORITY OF THE STAFF (teenagers) were on their phones making snapchat videos , doing tik toks , playing around and also NOBODY HAD ON A HAIRNET. PLUS I did not see any staff wash their hands ! Fire the whole staff and hire some new people ASAP!
I don’t love this Panera.
The service at this establishment was quite disappointing. When we ordered an everything bagel, we were informed they were out of stock, which was understandable. However, when we requested a passion papaya smoothie, we were told they no longer serve it due to a menu change on Monday, even though it was still Sunday at 9 am. I believe the girl taking our order was even the shift lead and she just seemed annoyed by everything. I am sorry for everyone that has to work with her. We settled for three bagels, a bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta, and a sip club drink.
Unfortunately, upon opening the breakfast sandwich, we found it was served on brioche, which resembled and tasted like a McDonald’s hamburger bun. The inconsistency in menu availability and the unexpected substitution left us very unsatisfied with our experience. We would not recommend this location as they just tried to blame it on the spring breakers.
I had one if the new menu items, the green goddess chicken cobb salad and it was very good. I stopped at this location several months ago and it was not clean. This time it was much cleaner. Under new management I hope.
They are pretty good but have an unfortunate common habit of dropping really good menu items off from time to time. The baked goods are really nice and love the selections of bagels and cream cheeses. The lunch menu is ok. I wish they would keep chicken tortilla soup all year and bring back the cheese pasta.
It is very pricey but cleaner eating usually comes at a premium. Staff is always friendly and quick!
