I went for breakfast and there was barely any chicken on my sandwhich…but it’s a Chipotle chicken sandwich. I’m highly disappointed that my day has started this way…basically spicy egg and bread.
The Green Goddess Salad was great! Avacados were fresh, and the salad was crunchy! The dressing it comes with, called Green Goddess Dressing, is so tasty!
Decent place for lunch. I had flat bread pizza & it was pretty good
I just got a DoorDash order and because I love to eat baguette with my soup hence why I ordered 4 pieces. My problem is that baguette is supposed to have a harder, crispy texture on the outside and a soft fluffy texture on the inside yet my bread was soft on the outside and hard on the inside…why? Because it was STALE!!! Yes I am giving a 1 start for this because how are you Panera BREAD and your employees cannot tell when bread is stale and why is bread sitting out so long that it’s getting stale??? Do better!
I would give this negative stars if I were able. While sitting in the parking lot I witnessed an employee in uniform and with blue hair and her husband both get out and threaten to shoot someone because they blow their horn because the employee was blocking the main road in traffic. When I called the store to make a complaint, I was told “oh she was talked to” and the “manager” I spoke with did not seem too concerned. I really hope this is not how they do business in their store. I will be making a complaint with corporate. I really hope they are not as rude and hateful inside their store.
