What a cute place! Worked remotely here for a day. Seating was okay, wi-fi worked great, and the food was probably the best I’ve had compared to any other location. I had a bagel for breakfast, which seemed kind of small but the flavor was still there. But then I had soup and grilled cheese for lunch and both were super hot and delicious. The best part was all the windows letting in natural light!
Are bagels supposed to be cut this way? You would think that people would care how they send food out the door. I suggest checking all pickup orders (that you place for yourself) before leaving the store. Do better, Panera Bread, Do better.
I am a working professional & used to really love this location. Sad how much it’s gone downhill since the pandemic. Biggest issue is they’re often out of certain bagels & coffee. It’s not well maintained & cleaned. Wireless, which is a big draw for me, is terrible. Staff is nice but can be obstinante quite unprofessional (loud & inappropriate at times). Just seems there is no pride in this location anymore. I’ve been a loyal customer for probably over a decade but I think that’s come to an end. Too many other good choices out there.
I pick up from this Panera a decent amount because my girlfriend likes it. I’ve probably had it 15 times in the last year, and not ONCE have they gotten my order right. N ot a single time. I conplain about it every time she asks me to get it. Wrong items on sandwiches all the time. Totally different sandwiches than what we order. Items left out. There were a couple of times where they completely missed my order after ordering online and I had to sit there in the store while they made it. Today I got a bread bowl that had a tiny sliver cut out of the top, not enough to pour soup in. The service sucks pretty much consistently since I’ve been going here. The staff seem to be mostly teens/young adults who don’t care about whether your food is right. Food is mid at best even for Panera and they’re often out of a lot of things. What they do have doesn’t seem extremely fresh most of the time. Skip this place, there are lots of better options out there.
The flat bread pizza is really good!! Service is slow most of the time. New cashiers 2 out of 4 of my visits. Orange rolls you have to heat up yourself there in a microwave. Sodas are self serve. The restaurant is very clean and the food is very good.
