Y’all – I cannot recommend this establishment enough. I live 9 hours from home (Huntsville) and my dad is celebrating a milestone birthday today. Monday is usually Janice’s day off but she so kindly made an exception to deliver my dad this amazing cherry pie as a special treat to celebrate his day. This meant so much to me – tears filled my eyes at her kindness. Especially since so many Huntsville friends had shared with me how exceptional her desserts are. Thank you, thank you Janice from the bottom of my heart!!
Janis is so sweet, and bakes some excellent sweet treats. I had the mini blueberry pie. So good! Will definitely be back!
We haven’t been able to find homemade pies anywhere and we stumbled across JJ’s and decided to give it a try and we are SO glad we found them! We got a banana cream pie and it was cooked to perfection. We are now customers for life! Side note – the owner was so kind and friendly and her store is immaculately clean!
I needed something sugar free for a loved one’s diabetic’s birthday and JJ’s came through. Of course I got some delicious sugar treats too. 🙂 The owner is the kindest. Someone who really makes you feel like home when you walk in. We spoke about her father who has since passed but used to sit by the window and greet all the customers. I could really still feel his presence there still sitting in the same spot looking out for all those who walk through the doors. JJ’s is opening up a BBQ joint nextdoor to this location which I am so eager to try! This spot is a beautiful addition to our community…and if you take anything away from my review, please support LOCAL<3
My brother was in Huntsville Hospital in very serious condition, he had not eaten in several days. I was told by a family member he said he would like some Pineapple pudding, I live in Chattanooga and did not know anyone in Huntsville. I called sever places and no one had Pineapple Pudding. I tried JJ’s Treats and found a wonderful lady who said she had never made it before and after I told her it was for my brother in the hospital she would try.
I went to Huntsville the next day around noon she texted me and said it was ready I picked it up and took it to him and for the first time in several day he ate some of her Pineapple.
She went above and beyond and made my brother something he had wanted to eat,
