    Review:

    Unfortunately, today will be the last day I order anything from this company at this location. Since their opening about a month or so ago I have been an avid satisfied customer.

    This week the menu options included a strawberry cake cookie with strawberry icing and white chocolate chips on top which is my favorite! So of course for my birthday I was happy it was within the same week. So much so I ordered 2 for pickup (1 free; 1 paid).

    After ordering to my surprise the cookie was undercooked, greasy, and no flavor at all.. 🤮 I was so disgusted I just had to leave a review. I do NOT usually do. So if your in the area don’t get your hopes up. The quality has gone down in the cookies since the opening as well as the service.

    Crumble cookies are EXTREMELY sweet. Very very very sweet. It leaves a very sweet after taste as well. There pretty good at first but then gets very sweet. Clean store, quick service as well. Cookies aren’t all that as well. Overall okay.

    All I can say are that these are the most wonderful, delicious cookies I’ve ever had!! The size is huge. They are a bit overpriced. However, for an occasional treat, get one, two, or more. It’s different every week. I especially like them warm. They make a great gift for friends and family.

    I wish we had one on Louisiana.

    I’ve been to the new Bessemer Alabama location twice and my visit was absolutely Fabulous. I have my Sister In-law from Tuscaloosa going there now every time she comes to Bessemer. When you open the door to enter the cookie shop the smell absolutely sweep you off of your feet.
