We’ve been enjoying Crumbl cookies for the past few years, and they never disappoint! One of our recent traditions has been celebrating our second youngest boy’s birthday by getting Crumbl cookies. The consistently high quality and the wide array of options have made every visit a joy. Without a doubt, Crumbl is our go-to for some unique and delicious cookies. Recommend!
3rd Strike. So over the last few weeks it has been a trend. I order the cookies and then they are not available. Wait another 30min and “sorry we don’t have it”. This time it was 2 flavors back to back. I have tried the Jones Valley and it never failed me. Next time I save the drive and I will go to Jones Valley.
Well, this place can be a roller coaster. Some times is good, some times is some what. For the high price they charge it should be more consistent. So we ordered 2 boxes of 4 it took 25 minutes to get there and after waiting we were told it is going to take another 20 minutes. So the order we got, not up to the value of $12+ the peanut butter cookies were some thin, some over cooked and some bit chewy not consistent across 4. As for the cookies and creme after waiting 20 minutes on top of the 25 driving for pick up. We were told that they ran out of them. So a complete miss.
I know the kids working there were doing their best tonight but I think it would be a good idea for there please be an actual adult on site managing the operation. I ordered online for pickup and waited 45 minutes for 3 minutes cookies. There was no sense of urgency other than baking the cookies.
This trip was a sad one. How do you run out of the flagship chocolate chunk cookie? Either way it was disappointing. I settled for the PB C&C instead. Eh…..not my favorite though these are still delicious. I will return though would recommend keeping a larger volume on hand.
Cookies are delicious. You all need to stop being greedy and money hungry and get the appropriate amount of workers to met customers demand. 30 minute wait with people cutting ahead of me was ridiculous. A better system needs to be put in order. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes while a person comes in off the street stays 5 mins and leaves with their order.
