If you’re a delivery truck driver. You need to pay attention to this Sam club. It is very small. Here, you have some pictures of the only entrance for truck deliveries.
Normal Sams experience. Selection varies from week to week. Employees friendly and helpful. We order from here as well for pickup and delivery and love that. Good pizza and hotdogs. Tons of electronics.
I am not pleased with the customer service I received today. I placed a call to order 54 chickens for inmates at the facility I work for. They never asked when I needed them, and the individual I spoke to at the bakery/deli was downright rude. I even spoke to the store manager and still no assistance. I ended up going with their competitor (Costco) and they provided exceptional service. Costco will now receive our business with regard to the inmates and staff as this will be an ongoing request for the facility.
They finally opened some more check out lanes. We were in and out pretty quickly, with this being the last shopping weekend before Christmas.
We had two baskets full of items. We did the scan and go on our phone. They had everything we needed plus more. It was not too crowded and it was not very busy.
