    Was in on a Sunday at the meat department!! Wanted a pork roast cut in haft!! Ran the bell 3 times!! A worker was in there cleaning up and completely ignored me!! Walk down to the window she was at just looked at me and continued to ignore me!! I threw the roast back in the counter and left!! Will not buy meet there anymore!!!

    I didn’t like the store or the management of the store. Long time of waiting even there are not a lots of clients! Staff are mean and they don’t want to work they make you feel that they have been forced to come to work.

    They are running a special so I joined because there isn’t a Costco here and I don’t always want to drive to Bham to go there. Walked in and they can’t print my card because the machine doesn’t work, give me a piece of paper and say come back in about two weeks. Some of employees are nice but a large number look and acted miserable. Kid wanted yogurt, machine was broken. Drink machines didn’t work either. I’ll use this membership but this place isn’t close to being on the same level of Costco.

    The first time I used the curbside pickup was a disaster. I order some pillows and the young girl that put my items in my car knew it was gum on the plastic of the items she put in my trunk. I didn’t notice until my fiancé and my family came home. He open the trunk and got gum all over his hands. The items were not affected but I should not receive items with someone’s saliva all over my plastic container that supposedly protects the items I purchased. Now, I have to deep clean my trunk of someone disgusting gum in my trunks carpet. Pictures are below!

    Dear Sam’s of Tuscaloosa Alabama, I’m gonna need you to stop asking to see my membership card. I would not be gracing you with my presence if I didn’t have one. In addition to this, I would gladly appreciate if the door greeters who think they hold power to calm their attitudes down when us amazing consumers enter the store. Some of us wonderful members wear headphones when shopping and the attitudes received when we didn’t “hear” them. Then, proceed to smartly commented they already asked us once. ” It’s absolutely unwelcoming, not appreciated and unprofessional. This is an issue I have dealt with more than once, as well as the others that came in before me.Thank you for taking this seriously.
