December 1, 2023, 6:30 a.m. I made a quick coffee run for work and as I was going through self checkout, the register didn’t give me my correct change. It shorted me $40. The girl that was working self checkout was alone and there were plenty of customers, but she made sure she resolved my problem as quickly as she could and was extremely apologetic. I appreciated her kindness and the fact that she didn’t get frustrated or act like I did something wrong. I’m pretty sure her name was Stephanie. 5 stars for great customer service!!
My review is on a wonderful cashier named Kelly, we always go to Trussville Walmart because it is not very far from our house. We were in Walmart in Oneonta Walmart on Monday and a lady named Kelly was so very nice and sweet to me, I have high blood pressure and was feeling really hot she came over to where I was sitting asked me if I was okay, got me a water ..Please send her to Trussville..lol, but She was an amazing help to me and so extremely kind…Thank you Kelly, and whoever hired her… Sincerely.Donna Acton
You know I thought I would never say this I’ve been there just about every Walmart in United States and I’ve always had to wait lines I was at this store today it has to be around 4 or 5:00 one of the busiest parts today and I still didn’t have to wait in line good job guys keep it up
The experience I tend to have is great the worker’s are always helpful especially around the holidays. Customer service gives excellent service and I especially love how clean they keep the store and parking lot plus you can always feel safe at night with their top knotch security
When the app says men shorts are on aisle d8, they were actually on a different aisle. The staff were kind and respectful and helped with our problems.
