Disgusting store, they allow people to put their dogs with urine covered paws in the carts and tell them how cute they are but I’d rather lick those same carts than eat any of their meat selection…. We found maggots actively crawling on chicken in the store, when an associate was shown they just said ok and walked off leaving it on the shelf
Hate the strong push towards self checkout. Lines with people running a register/scanner are always too crowded. The resistance to upgrade credit card terminals which accept touch pay is infuriating when inserting your chip card has to fail 3 times before ability to swipe. Pretty sure the lost efficiency could have already paid for the most state of the art CC terminals. If we weren’t in a food desert, would never step foot in the place.
I was in need of emergency tire replacement while traveling from Atlanta to Birmingham. Following an unlucky encounter with scrap metal on I-20, I lucked out finding this auto dept less than a mile away. Made it there with my tire leaking air, half flat upon arrival. They worked me in right away and it took no time at all. I highly recommend.
This is the worst Walmart that my husband and I have ever been to. It was like a sea of the walking dead or spaced out people. They just stood around staring at whatever, and would not move at all. We got the very few things in our cart and got out of there. We were out that way, which was the reason we stopped. We will not be back.
Went to the Springville store. One of the cleanest and best organized stores we’ve shopped in. Wish Trussville store was half as clean.
