    Over the years this Walmart has gotten A lot better. Management and Customer Service here WAS horrible but they have gotten a lot better. The store is a lot cleaner and the associates is willing to help.

    Exceptional floor layout with everything being easy to find and easy to access. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you with finding a certain item or checking to see if they have what you’re asking for. Without a doubt the best Walmart Supercenter to go to here in Mobile, AL!

    I placed an online order on 1/15/24 through the app to pick up my groceries at the Walmart on
    685 Schillinger Rd S, Mobile, AL 36695

    I got there, and there were no open pick- up parking spaces so I kept circling for 20 minutes and finally parked in a non pick up parking space. Called to let them know the situation but they never picked up the call. So I go into the store and speak to customer service and was told they couldn’t do anything. So I finally leave without my groceries after having 40 minutes invested in waiting.
    I reschedule the pick up for the next day, arrive at 5:25p.m., got in a pickup parking space and let them know I’m there and the parking spot number through the Walmart app. I wait for 20 minutes then finally call the phone number on the pickup sign and the lady I spoke with verified the parking number to me and I told her yes that was the spot, then she proceeds to tell me I wasn’t checked in!!! How in the world did she know what space number I was in??🤔 Perhaps she doesn’t know how the app works when you check in. She told me they would be out in about 5 or 10 minutes. Another 30 mins go by, nothing. Call customer service and they said they’ll see if they can get someone from that department to pick up the line,I waited for 26 mins before giving up entirely. Never again

    One of the worst experiences at a WalMart tonight! With already having to deal with no cashier, the male employee supposed to be watching the self check out area was more interested on what he was playing on his phone.
    We had moving boxes that didn’t scan correctly and locked us out from finishing our purchases. And the other two customer in self check out also became locked out at the same time so all three of us could not finish checking out. Several minutes went by after hitting the help button, then finally my wife went over to the guy on his phone and said we need some help. By that time another employee come all the way across from the other side of the store to start assisting me.

    It’s sad because this used to be the best Walmart in Mobile.

    I ordered 6 items but the first time they brought out 4 so i knew that was wrong, however they quickly fixed it and brought out my second bag. Otherwise all good.
