Publix Supermarket is the premier supermarket chain in the south. The Publix in Vestavia, Alabama is no exception. The store is conveniently located just off highway 31 in the heart of the Vestavia community. I am always pleased with the cleanliness of the store. The shelves are always well stocked and orderly. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I must say that the deli and the meat departments are the best you will find anywhere in town. The store also has an excellent bakery as well as a top of the line pharmacy. This supermarket is a full service market. I highly recommend Publix at Vestavia.
My favorite Publix in Vestavia put out their Christmas bows today! ❤️ Love this store and the young man, Clay, who always takes me to the items I can’t find!! He doesn’t tell me where they are; he takes me!!! Awesome service! That’s why I shop at Publix!
This is the place to order cakes for birthdays, graduations, even pet’s birthdays, or any other time you need a cake. I have ordered cakes from this bakery for many years now. My grandson‘s birthday cake always is prepared by this bakery and even my cat Kricket had her first birthday cake made by these artistic ladies. Olga is my go-to person that always helps me design the cake that I need for a special occasion. The bakery also gives free cookies to children when they come in; but they must be accompanied by an adult. This is because some children have food allergies, so they have to have an adult with them to get a free cookie.
I visited my favorite Publix today to get the ingredients for homemade vegetable soup! The employee named Rogers, in the meat department, cut the boneless chuck the exact size I needed and helped me pick out the soup bones to complete my Daddy’s recipe!
I love this place. I had to return some cat litter that weighed 25 pounds and Justin, one of the managers, offered to come out to my car and get it out of my trunk . Then he proceeded to give me a gift card for the amount of the litter, so I could do my shopping. Its the little things like this that keep me coming back. The customer service is exceptional!
I was express with the fresh fruit and vegetables along with the deli. As I walked through the store, I was asked by several employees if I needed any assistance, which was refreshing. I will definitely be back.
Been at this location twice within a week or so and the men’s toilet in the first stall is not positioned accurately with the closed walls around it its wayyy too close to the left wall as you sit and the water when you flush it is very hot for some reason..
HORRIBLE experience with the Deli. We placed an order to pick up sandwiches on Friday (5/24). My car broke down on Thursday so we called the Deli. The gentleman that answered ensured us that he will change the pick up to Saturday (5/25). My mom gets there on her way out of town to pick up. They don’t have them and tell her it will be 45 minutes + to make them. I would be very very wary of ordering anything from them. The customer services from the deli manager was far below what I expect from Publix
I will note that we asked the same thing of the bakery and the had our order ready for pick up this morning. The bakery is awesome and we are thankful for their customer service.
