A Publix is a Publix but this is the one I frequent the most. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The bakery staff here is wonderful too. I got my desserts from here recently, a fruit tarte and a cake bar. I need a gluten free option too, and usually this means some half thought out option, but here they had three mini cake squares.
Each was decorated simply but had the effort of being decorated which was a huge bonus for me.
I also shop with a disability, and the one time I ran into an issue the gentleman at the butcher was extremely friendly and quick to help me back on track without making a scene about it.
As a busy Realtor always on the go, I appreciate the convenience that Publix Market at The Village at Lee Branch offers. The location is perfect, and I can quickly grab everything I need for my groceries. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized. Whether I’m stocking up for the week or picking up a last-minute item, Publix is my go-to spot for stress-free shopping. Highly recommended for professionals on the move!
Hello, My name is Prince Hardy and I’m writing this to inform the bakery managers Edmund Joseph and Michael Parish on how such a horrible experience turned into a wonder experience. On January 17,2024 I came into the Lee Branch location to order a special birthday cake. I showed the representative the picture of what I was wanting and they insured me that they could make something similar to what I showed them. At that time I set the cake to be picked up on Friday January 19th @ 4:00pm. January 19th comes and I running a little late due to work but I get to the store around 5:30pm. When I arrive I was greeted and the representative went back to get the cake. IT WAS 100% HORRIBLE. Another representative that was working in the back (now I know to be Emmiline) saw the expression on my face and came to assist. Emmiline looked at the cake and the first thing she said to me was “IM SORRY, DO YOU HAVE 10 MINS SO I CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?” I told her yes and showed her exactly what I was wanting. Emmiline made the exact cake with the exact colors that I was wanting in literally 10 mins. Due to Emmiline’s AMAZING customer service and wiliness stop what she was doing to fix an issue that could have ruined a birthday, I will definitely be back. THANK YOU!
