This location vacillates with quality of service. Recently, this store is showing significant improvement with helpful and engaging staff and consistently stocked inventory. Janice is doing a fabulous job in the Aprons area – she is super informative and offers great tips on meals! She represents Publix well. She thoughtfully bundled some recipe packets for our family based on our interests. Brooke, customer service, provides a warm, welcoming smile and responsive support! Mike seems to be bringing the team together! Great work, Publix crew! By the way, the Triple Threat Pork chili is the bowl of food we made at home thanks to the special chili recipes from Aprons! It was yummy!! Today, my 9-year-old picked out the prettiest flowers for her beautiful mom at a very reasonable price. Everyone happy!
We have been shopping at this store weekly for over 5 years and spend at least $600.00 to $800.00 dollars here monthly. I know most of the regular associates by name. Today a new checker would not honor a coupon that I had. I have used the same coupons for years without any issue. If my continued shopping means so little that they would lose a customer for a $2.00 coupon then I am shopping at the wrong market. They made me feel like a thief that was robbing them. How insulting!!!
I love Publix. Publix is a great supermarket store shop at and a great company to work for. The store always super nice and clean very organized. The workers are very breathtaking kind, gentle . They always ready help you with anything. Long Live Publix 🙂
One of the produce managers took the time to help me in their Floral department. I just wanted one white rose wrapped with some baby’s breath…He did an AMAZING job! This Publix is always well stocked and it never seems busy. Checkout times are short and i never have to wait at the deli counter for service. The store is very clean.
