I called ahead to place an order at the deli. I was informed it would be no problem. I arrived on time. I waited patently for 20 minutes. My order had never been prepared. They offered to prepare it immediately. Another 20+ minutes .
They failed at every step. I never want to waste my time on Publix Deli again. Especially not this one.
I love this store. Always clean. The people who work there are always willing to stop what they are doing to help. They have several employees who are special needs. This is wonderful because I have watched 2 employees in particular who have blossomed since working at this store.
The deli/sub section has seriously gone down hill. I use to come here every day for lunch ans now the only person who seems to care to make a nice wrap that isn’t falling apart before you even eat it is Victoria. Extremely disapointed with my wrap today. All of the ingredients were outside the wrap the second I picked it up and no, I did not get a bunch in there, in fact, I hardly put anything in it except meat, cheese, and tomatoes.
This Publix is a very clean and well organized store! The staff are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
Best New York cheesecake I have had in years. There is no crust, just pure, flavorful cheesecake. It was less than 13 for the 23oz one we bought.
