I don’t say this lightly, but this was one of my favorite donuts of all time. The layers give it a croissant-ish texture, but there is a crispy, crunchy crust that provides the structure needed for it to maintain the donut shape. My family bought several to share so we could try multiple flavors. I tried the Churro, French Toast, and Maple Bourbon. They were quite massive for a donut, and definitely filled me up. I also really liked the coffee. I talked to a barista that informed me they are roasted at a Parlor Doughnuts in Indiana. I only drink it black, but there are a lot of brew options if you like it different. Lastly, I really appreciated the aesthetics of the interior and exterior. Bright, cozy, and modern, I love that the atmosphere wasn’t an afterthought. I will be back!
I don’t consume a lot of sweets, but when I do on those rare occasions, I don’t skimp.
My wife and I visited Parlor Doughnuts that recently opened here in Gulf Shores.
Their doughnuts are “layered.” Flavorful, light, and airy (think croissants). A large variety of flavors. Great coffee, too! I had the lemon bar. The interior features a really nice retro esthetic. I’ll be back!
Brand new place, so we had to try it. We got the bourbon caramel donut and the turtle donut. I also got a mini raspberry filled powdered donut. They were delish! We will definitely go back to try more flavors.
So delicious! Great new spot in gulf shores with unique layered doughnuts, specialty coffee, and breakfast items all day! My new favorite spot.

Look no further…these are the best doughnuts.
Parlor doughnuts in Gulf Shores just claimed my #1 spot for doughnuts. Brioche light fluffy puffs of air with creative decadent flavors. Strawberries & Cream, Rasberry Pistacio, and French toast were some of my favorites. They also have small breakfast bites like the breakfast tacos and avocado toast. This is a must try during your beach vacation!! If you are a local then your waistline is in trouble 😂
