I have been to this location twice and both times it was horrible. A disgrace to the whole krispy kreme brand. First of all, the only thing that was hot was the bulb in the sign advertising hot donuts. No hot chocolate, no hot lattes, and certainly no hot donuts. I even asked the lady specifically if they had hot coffees since last time i was given a frozen one when i didnt order it frozen and then i was still given a frozen latte again. The donuts are hard, stale and just overall do not taste good at all. There is way too much powdered sugar in the glaze or else way too much glaze on the donut…I’ve had clearance donuts from walmart that are better. And the staff is just rude and condescending. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. You will be wasting your money if you go here.
Saw that HOT AND READY sign and had to stop. Picked up a dozen glazed, and the kids had strawberry sprinkled doughnuts. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant. Enjoyed the doughnuts, but they didn’t melt in my mouth, though.
It was awesome, Hot and fresh!!! Super nice and friendly people working there.
Horrible establishment. We had an email for a free dozen glazed. They said they did not have any, but did have other flavors. So let me get this right. Cannot make glaze but have other flavors that were one a glazed donut. Either they would lose money by honoring the coupon or lying. Either way pathetic and waste of time.
We waited in line for 10 minutes while the staff took orders from other customers ignoring us, even though there were already-made donuts available. Then, when we finally placed our order, the donuts we received were squished and looked poorly handled. We were really looking forward to enjoying some donuts for Mother’s Day, and this whole experience has been frustrating.
