I’m consistently amazed at the lack of effectiveness of this location. It’s not uncommon for them to be completely out of a particular type of donut, ranging from normal glaze to chocolate iced.
Labor Day weekend Sunday afternoon (4pm) went up to the door only to find it locked and a sign that “invited” me to join their drive-thru, which consisted of a 30+ minute wait.
I’m guessing they’re clearly short-staffed, which is crazy given that it’s a college town.
I came through the drive-thru around 9:10 pm, and they were somehow out of all flavors except for original glazed and some sort of biscoff. I asked for a dozen split between those two flavors and the employee asked “which biscoff?”. I said “biscoff iced I guess” to which the employee said “we don’t have that” and I drove off.
I guess when you close at 11 pm you can just stop providing services two hours in advance. Absolutely ridiculous
I love krispy kreme. I drove to this location due to google showing Columbus closed . Everyone was working the morning I got there , the young man was very nice . I thought I was getting them fresh off the press in which I did ! However, they turned hard and never built up that glaze that’s normally on them . Seem they were overcooked or misses a step.
I hosted Donuts & Mimosas at my salon for Christmas that weekend, so it kinda was wasted money and a drive getting 4 boxes and trashing two 🙃
Ordered a MEDIUM iced coffee this morning and when I went to pick it up this is what I got. I told the cashier that I had ordered a medium coffee and he replied “we just have small cups”. What??? Get bigger cups. $3 for a kids size iced coffee is ridiculous.
On a different visit, I put in a pickup order in advance to be ready at 7:15am for some lattes for my coworkers and a dozen donuts. Got to the window and was told to park by the front door and they would bring it out to me. Sounded reasonable. After waiting for 30 minutes I finally waited back in the drive through line since the lobby was closed. 10 more minutes later I finally got my lattes and dozen donuts. Was late for work and when I got there I realized they had given me someone else’s donuts. Frustrated to say the least and will not make the mistake of ordering there again.
Both Justin as well as the manager Jermaine were extremely helpful and super kind. When ordering a bunch of donuts for a philanthropy event they helped me get a better price as well as load 60 dozen donuts into my car. Cannot recommend them as well as this location enough, only downside is donuts stop being made after 9am.
