Just avoid…not worth the hassle or loss of time. Management is incompetent here, as the store is understaffed, never seems to have a lot of common items available, and their drive-thru is slooooow. Multiple times waited 15+ minutes to get a simple order, just to have it messed up. I believe *some* of the employees try their best, but with mismanagement and other rude employees, it’s not enough to save this review or their store. Good luck, DD…you’re going to need it.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich from here and they burned my croissant. Doesn’t seem to be too hard to make food without burning it. I won’t be back other than for coffee.
I went through Drive through today as I do most days of the week as this location as it is closest to my job. Today Mrs. Cassandra provided excellent customer service want to make sure she is recognized. Cassandra is always there just about every morning I come through she is always friendly and pleasant to see. I have experience as a manager in food service and I have watched her many days train new employees with patience and the willingness to learn. Today she was exceptionally helpful. I always order a Large Ice Caramel Macchiato and today I selected my rewards wrong but knowing I come through there 3-4 time a week she made sure to make it right. I hope you will share this comment with her as it is not always easy in customer service but know that she is making a difference.
Taste was lousy and the bagel was ABSOLUTELY raw. Not the first time either, the hot chocolate was watery and they always run out of things.
Service was pleasant but like other locations, they really wanted me to have a croissant when I ordered a bagel sandwich.
