First time I ever had dunkin donuts and they were pretty good! I picked a variety for me and my husband and we both really enjoyed it! I then order a sugar cookie ice coffee and it was delicious! I also like to order ahead and earn rewards! Everything has been great so far, I will definitely be back to order more!
Horrible! Hashbrowns were disgusting and very soggy! Sourdough breakfast sandwich states 5, 1/2 pieces of bacon and has 3 tiny burnt pieces! The bread is barely toasted! I rarely leave reviews but this is beyond horrible! DEFINITELY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT FOR FOOD GOING OUT THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS!!!
Just go to another DD. I asked for an iced drink. They gave me hot and wouldn’t remake it because “I didn’t say iced”. Instead they gave me a cup of ice with stuff all in it. Coffee grinds or pepper from what it looked like. They also gave me my sandwich uncooked. The English muffin wasn’t cooked at all and the entire sandwich was room temperature. Seems like they don’t care at all.
Stop letting teenagers run this place and get the management staff to do their jobs. I’ve lived in Redbank for over 3 years and I will never go back to this DD. It’s always a line around the building with a lobby full of teenagers talking/ playing around with staff. I usually make a mobile order and it’s never right, they don’t seem to ever have anything. I’m allergic to dairy and a few times they’ve given me whole milk as a substitution without asking. They’re always rude and unconcerned. Never again!
This is simply grab and go coffee. The prices are higher than that of your local gas station. Be prepared to be misleading by their array of marketing tactics that lure you in for a free drink with app purchase, or on so and so date. The coffee at other places is just as good at half the price, and self serve without the wait.
