I was so happy when this location opened and at first they were awesome. I go to Dunkin before work every morning, I am not going to this location anymore. I waited one day for 10 minutes after ordering a sandwich in the drive through and they told me to pull around. I had to go in to get my sandwich. It was sitting on the drive through cart and they were all chatting. The last two days I ordered coffee and I get my coffee extra cream, vanilla shot and Splenda. They are not putting cream in my coffee and when I say anything I get an eye roll and attitude because I want them to fix it. It’s so not worth going here if you’re going to get an attitude because the employees are not doing their job. It’s a waste of time and money. If I wanted attitude every morning I’d ask my kids for it and go about my day.
the worst service I have ever had. First I arrived to pick up my order and the clerk was talking on the phone and preparing a tea (I thought it was for some customer but the second he was drinking it) I stood there for several minutes trying to get him to see me but it was impossible, he He never looked back at me. Until a while later, a woman from the back came out without much desire to work and I told her that part of my order was missing. To which she, without almost speaking, goes and looks for my jelly halfs of twelve donuts and puts them in a box and gives them to me, I, excited, sit down in the place to taste my coffee and my phones, but everything was extremely cold, I return I tried to talk to one of the employees to ask if they could warm me up and no one turned to see me even when I was their only customer, and then I went to tap the table as if to get their attention and the man He had been ignoring me for a long time and turned to look at me with very contemptuous, I’m-going-to-kill-you eyes, but he still didn’t move from his spot and the woman from the back came out again and I told him that my order was ugly and that if he could heat my donuts at which she simply said no with her head and I asked why not and she just kept turning her head contemptuously and immediately ignored me.
I truly don’t understand why the restaurant across the way is so backed up when Dunkin has some of the best breakfast options around. Hot made to order sandwiches and hot piping coffee with minimal line. One little thing I could suggest is for the cashier not to ask me is that everything after every item I order before I even get a chance to say the next item. But that’s a small complaint concerning. 🙂 I will be back!
Love this! Anytime I get to stick a bad review to the cayce location I do so. How come every other (all two of them) DD locations the service is so fast and friendly without confrontation! I want to know why this cayce location still employees the nastiness that works there when from the service at the other two are so polite customer service driven and just a pleasure. No more dreading walking in to pray my pick up order is right or even there! Love this location great group of ladies working there!
I came through the drive thru and ordered a breakfast sandwich. Shout out to Melissa! She provided excellent customer service and was very personable. The food was hot and fresh, tasted great.
