Amazing place to go if you want your order wrong every single time! After about 15 days in a row of my order being wrong, I’m going to just drive a little further to a different location. Maybe instead of remodeling, the money should have been spent on training employees. But that’s okay, I understand how hard a medium iced coffee with caramel and cream and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel is. It’s a very complex order. Why should I expect caramel in my coffee or bacon on the bagel with an order that complex?
I never understood the people that work in customer service just to give bad attitudes. The tall, thin, short haired server is always in a constant mood with a bad, crusty attitude. That’s not needed at all.
Waited over 30 for a simple mobile order. I never got my order. I asked to cancel my order 4 times before the manager Shantell ever moved toward the register to do it and them said she couldn’t do it. I got no refund and no order.
We drove an extra 10 min to this one because the review star count was higher than most other ones in the area.
Highly regretted it. What a disorganized mess.
10 mins into waiting for the order only to find out they don’t have the bagel I wanted it on. In fact, after waiting that time we were informed they had NO bagels. After our food finally came out about 25 mins after ordering for 3 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns, 2 of the sandwiches weren’t made right. But we didn’t feel like waiting another half hour so we delt with it.
People waiting for their order were asked several times what they were waiting on.
Sandwich maker was getting frustrated as 3 other people on the line not helping make sandwiches when he clearly needed help.
Tried their avocado toast with bacon this morning. It was pretty good. Never tried that combination before. Service was good, and they were moderatly busy so it didnt take a really long time.
