I used to enjoy visiting this Dunkin’ daily. In the last few months, it is been very hit or miss. My coffee, despite my order being the same, may or may not be made correctly and my food has been consistently coming out burnt. Very disappointed.
I gave them another shot this morning and I should have stuck with the forest drive location. I’m pretty sure the bagel I ordered (and that was burnt) is NOT a bagel and the person at the drive thru window doesn’t seem to be able to keep up with morning traffic too well. It’s a busy spot on a busy thoroughfare and the morning staff just isn’t working out. Despite living closer to Two Notch, I will continue going to Forest Drive for my on the way to work coffee and bagel
I see a lot of hateful people and comments in the reviews. Most that are full of lies. I go here everyday and order the same thing and have no problems. The morning and evening staff are pretty nice and very helpful. If they don’t have what I order, they quickly find me something else that I would like. Whenever there is something wrong with my order the manager never has a problem correcting and even going out her way to refund me even though I don’t ask for my money back. I witness plenty people everyday with bad attitudes towards their staff for no reason. These are the same people keeping the store up and running so we are able to come and shop for our sweets. Then they all try to accommodate our needs, it never hurts to just ask and have patience. So quick to say nasty things about this store yet some of yall probably return everyday. I am very pleased with the new staff and the new building upgrade. Overall I will be back tomorrow again to spend more of my husbands money lol
Really used to LOVEEE this location. Coffee is horrible, drive thru is extremely slow (at least 25min) and the attitudes are poor! Keep trying because this location is the closet & despite my order being the same for yearsss they don’t care enough to make it right. Most times I get sugar milk instead of coffee & even cut it down to 1 cream in my coffee & it’s still full of it. Each time I try to get it fixed the manager with the locs has the NASTIEST attitude I’ve ever experienced in customer service. Her mood immediately changes every time she sees me & she becomes agitated. This morning I can barely get my order out without her cutting me off & asking “how many caramels & cream you want this time” with an attitude, made sure she passed me my coffee with an attitude but deviously told the guy behind me to have a great day & she’ll see him tomorrow. I never get that positive attitude & I’m also there DAILY!l!! The day before yesterday she told an employee right in my face that she wasn’t making my coffee & the other employee can do it!!!!! Never experienced nothing more CHILDISH and disrespectful in my 15yrs of doing customer service!!! Despite how you may feel about me smile & deliver the best service possible! & the attitude is only because I ask for my coffee to be made right!!! Everyone else is extremely pleasant.
Previous staff was amazing and we were all on the 1st name bases.. saddens me this location has went so down hill since new management.. I also posted pictures of my off.. purchased same day!! I’m asking for the same recipe & you can see it looks completely different.. and the last few times I’ve just paid for the mess up to be fixed with a new coffee instead of asking them to fix the one that was made wrong, JUST TO AVOID THE DISGUSTING ATTITUDES
Everyone who leaves a bad review be the same ones getting a refund and a gift card. So why leave such a negative review after they have done did everything to accommodate and make you happy. Then also if the food doesn’t look right before you leave the building, why not get it corrected then? So many ignorant people in the world it’s ridiculous. The staff is always so friendly and pleasing to me. If I ever have something wrong, they go out there way to fix it and make it better. Then the manager is always so nice and eager to fix any problems we may have. Yall get a gift card and refund and then still leave negative responses. GROW UP or just stay home and eat. We chose to spend our money here.
