In 3 days I’ve visited this Dunkin Donuts twice a day each day. I was always greeted and taken care of Ina short time. Watching staff interact they were very profrsional and helpful. This is a good place for your coffee’s and other drinks or snacks
Update may 1 2022. Drove all the way to Dunkin for coffee was refused service at counter because they only had 3 workers. My truck won’t fit through drive thru a worker said just take thier order and John Scott said NO! THE John looked at me and said download the app and order then you can pick up in lobby. I asked for Mgr contact info I was told it’s illegal to give the bosses phone numbe out..put… I said no I don’t want thier cell numbre I want the number for the main office and was told to Google
it. John then yelled CINI who again told me to Google the number. John amd Cindi Scott are the rudest most disrespectful people I’ve seen in all my trveks. Avoid this hole.
They expect you to use kiosk. When you come in the door nobody even acknowledges that your even there, and there is not a sign stating please use Kiosk. Luckily everything was hot and fresh. Only complaint is there was only a selection of 4 different doughnuts 🍩.. Coffee just as good as Starbucks.
After several times not receiving the extra cream cheese that I paid extra for, I wanted to check my bag before pulling away. I was told I can’t sit at the window, they were too busy. It only took a few seconds for me to look. Guess what? I didn’t receive the extra cream cheese and the employee proceeded to argue with me about whether I had strawberry cream cheese in bag or not. I did have a pack of it, but not an extra pack that I had paid extra for!!!! If I wasn’t repeatedly charged extra for something I didn’t receive AND then treated rudely about it, I would have never left this review.
It’s so bizzare to me. One visit I’ll go and everything I’d great the next the staff all seem angry at each other at us. Won’t say a word to us, just shove our drinks at us and close the window.
And I get the food service industry sucks, but it’s still decently early we have been nothing but nice. And yoj toss us our stuff and run off. I ordered the samw drink the past two weeks. And half its amazing but half like yesterday’s it tasted awful I got a few sips out of it trying to stomach it not to waste the 6$ for it before having to toss it because it made me phycially ill.
I want to make it clear this is a coin toss. I’ve had some of the best service here. But other days different staff..and they are just not in a good place.
After being a Starbucks girl my whole life I made the switch to Dunkin last year and I’ve never been happier. My favorite lil combo is the iced chai with a vanilla frosted and a ham & Swiss croissant. On days I wanna skip breakfast or lunch this hits the spot.
