Very professional associate at the window. She was polite and let me know my food was coming soon. The drink delivery and food delivery to the window were excellent. It wasn’t until I pulled away that I noticed the issue. I ordered a small caramel iced latte..I think they put too much emphasis on the ice 🥴 the small cup was filled almost to the lid with ice. I’d estimate that I only received about 5-6 ounces of latte. And the drink is $4. Please check out the pictures attached. I only live 5 minutes away, but I was finished with the drink by the time I reached my home. The egg whites were very tasty, but I’m dissatisfied with how much ice was in the latte. If you go here for an iced drink, ask for light ice.
I have been craving maple glazed donuts from Dunkin all night while I was at work. So I decided to make a stop at the location at 1520 Main St. in Duncan South Carolina to get my fix. I ordered a small black coffee a four maple glaze donuts.. When the young lady handed me the bag it was wet and my coffee lid wasn’t all the way on and the coffee was dripping out the side. All 4 donuts were cold, and the maple glaze was liquefied to the point that the bag is wet. They arent edible. I decided to park my truck and go inside and ask for them to give some different donuts that weren’t cold and sloppy. But of course the dining room was closed. I wasted over $10 and most of all my time. I am very disappointed.
Generally they get it right, most recent visit they did not add whip cream & did not caramel drizzle my drink / no creamer 🙁 my sandwich was delicious tho
Coffee consistently has curdled cream. They try to pass it off as the creamer is just frozen, yet it never melts. It seems to me they aren’t cleaning the creamer machine properly and some residual chunks always make it to my coffee.
Great place to stop for Dunkin. Both Walk-in and Drive through available. Not too busy. I frequent here at least once a week, they’re always friendly, and always get my order right! 10/10
