I understand that people can have an off day and we aren’t perfect but my order was completely incorrect. I asked for no whip and you can see in the pic I have whip on my drink. Also I asked for an iced drink but this drink is frozen.
The whole point of being able to order a drink via the app and pick it up is to avoid any hassle or inconvenience but that didn’t happen.
It would be no star if possible.I will never go here again. I ordered 6 strawberry sprinkled donuts. I saw hair(looked more lik pet hair) and black lint on several🤢🤮😡. They wear black shirts etc so yeah. So disappointed. My daughter was so excited for donuts. Not to mention I wanted regular sprinkles and they’re still serving holiday and stated no other option. Glady I looked them over before leaving.
Purchased a spiced cookie iced coffee and 4 donuts. My iced coffee was not what I ordered, my donuts were old tasting and one had what looked like it had a bug wing on it. Would not refund order and was very nasty about it saying the morning crew made this not them! We won’t be back!
I tried to go in and buy a gift card today, however the 2 employees that were working were only concerned about the drive through. They didn’t even have the courtesy to greet me. After waiting a while, I just walked out. Ignoring customers is not good business.
The people that work here have been such a blessing for my family, I always choose this dunkin because I know the employees are treated right so they are happy and ready to please. Manager is a pleasant breathe of fresh air
