The staff needs training on making lattes. I have tried to order a latte from this location a few times and it is always just a plain coffee with creamer. Attached is a picture of the most recent visit when I ordered a brown butter latte on new years day. No froth or anything like the menu picture. Same thing happened when I ordered the signature toasted white chocolate mocha. It was a plain coffee with creamer added.
I will not be returning to the Savannah Highway location.
There breakfast is real good. Nice, fresh, and hot. You can’t go wrong with anything they sell there really.
The beverages and donuts are good. However every time I get hot food (hasbrowns, bacon egg and cheese croissant) it tastes like it’s been dipped in a chemical bath. This is a problem not exclusive to this location. Service is great and you get your order in a timely fashion.
This location turned around for the better sometime in 2023. It’s amazing now! Early morning drive through line is lightning fast.
Decent donuts, incredibly bland everything else. I don’t know how you make a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel taste like absolutely nothing but Dunkin’ managed to do it every time. You’d think I’d learn.
