    Less than 2 miles from the KOA we stayed at. The staff was so kind and respectful. No wait on a Saturday morning @830. I ordered 4 iced coffees donuts & breakfast sandwiches and the one came hot. I told the lady & she fixed it in 5 seconds with no complaints. Easy drive thru and walk in service. Great food & drinks made perfectly. I’ll be going back tomorrow!

    The service here is wonderful. Everyone is enthusiastic, friendly & welcoming. We were very disappointed with the frosted doughnut that barely has frosting. Significantly less than any other location I have been to.

    Ordered a dozen donuts on app the afternoon before to pick up at 6 AM. Get to store at 606 and no donuts at all available. Husband comes home and when I called to get my refund manager rudely states “my baker didn’t show up and called in at 358 but you wouldn’t understand that” then proceeded to hang up. Never again

    The employees don’t want to serve you, do yourself and them a favor

    I don’t go here often, but when I do my food is wrong (today) and I feel like I’m inconveniencing employees (today).

    Today after waiting 5-10 minutes for my order I realized my food was sitting on a cart getting cold.. once I was finally able to get an employee to acknowledge me I asked if that was the name for my order.. the employee helpfully confirmed, I thanked him, then cracked the gate of the counter so I could reach the cart, grab my order and be on my way.

    Then once I got to my car I realized an item was missing, so I return to ask for the item.

    Another employee begins to yell at me for reaching behind the counter.. for my food.. that they were too busy to give to me and had to grab myself.

    This was the same employee I tried and failed to get the attention of to ask her if it was mine so she could give it to me.

    I responded in kind (rudely) which isn’t the best choice and the whole interaction really ruined my day.. all of that to say, do yourself a favor, don’t inconvenience their employees and just go anywhere else to grab coffee.

    This store had a rough start when it opened with staffing and food quality but in the last few months it has really turned around. I have been very impressed with the staff and quality of food. The day shift workers are extremely nice and helpful.
