Went through drive through, asked for hot chocolate, sandwich, a jelly filled donut, and a white icing filled donut. They asked specifically which icing filled donut, as I did buy know all the specific names, I told them one with white icing and toppings didn’t matter, just no chocolate anywhere. The lady in drive through was very rude and told me they had many, then started naming off donuts with icing filling (the first 3 having chocolate involvement). I told her never-ending, we only wanted the jelly filled donuts. She then added another donuts to the bill anyways. When I got to the window, I noted to myself the total (advertised at window) then told her yet again very nicely that I no longer wanted the second donuts. She grabbed the donut, threw it in the trash, charged my card, never gave me a receipt, and after checking my account, found she never took the second donut off the bill. I couldn’t care less about the $1.69 I over paid. But the customer service could definitely use some help at this location. I wasn’t trying to be difficult, but the attitude we dealt with from the beginning of the transaction was unnecessary. I also work in the customer service industry at a very fast paced highly demanding job. While I’ll still go to dunkin because we always enjoy their food and coffees, I will no longer be going to this location, even though it is extremely close to home. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience in drive through there, but it will be my last.
I don’t really care for their donuts, but if something sounds good I will definitely give it a try. I saw an advertisement for a churro donut. Sounds good, but it wasn’t. Description: dry donut with cinnamon and sugar sprinkles on top. Disappointed. Try if you must, but this is your warning. Their breakfast sandwich is expensive and not worth it as well unless you are really hungry and nothing else is around. That’s all.
Whoever made my drink today 🤗 amazing, simply amazing! I will be calling to speak to a manager directly because the app survey mostly just asks about if you had any issues and not about the positive of the service. I did a mobile order and picked up from drive thru and didn’t want to hold up the line even giving a compliment since I know it’s timed.
You got a bunch of kids working here who clearly don’t care about their job or making drinks properly. half the time we have to ask where the rest of our order is before we leave drive thru. some girl with black and blue braids couldn’t even say decent things like, hi, thank you, here you are, you’re welcome. she couldn’t even care to annunciate her words lol. people hire anyone nowadays. i guess if you don’t care about service then it’s fine. but if they don’t care about their job, why would they care about the food/drinks you’re about to put in your body?
Dunkin… the quality of food is better at McDonald’s. Quit microwaving everything and go back to good food for breakfast. And the presentation…
P.S. is the wake up wrap soft taco supposed to be crunchy?
