So,
after a long night of driving I needed a pick me up and something to eat, I pull up to this location before they actually opened @5 am and I waited patiently for about 45 mins for them to open and for my order to have a long brown hair in my mouth after one bite of the crossaint!! And if that was not enough the doughnuts must have been from the previous day because they were hard and stale, hash browns were not fully heated but I guess that’s what $18 gets you these days!! Definitely do not recommend anyone spending their money at this location.
The donuts were not fresh at all. 😢 We got 12, of different kinds and I was very disappointed, first time ever stopping at a Dunkin’ Donut them not being fresh. 😢😢
Very good food and place to get coffee. Parking is very limited, but they do have a drive-thru. However, if you’re dining in, Google says the store closes at 8, the times on the door says they close at 7, but the locked doors say they close at 6.(they closed dine-in a lot earlier than expected when I went)
Workers are nice but seem overworked and not in a good mood. Most of the time, the manager or team lead, a short wide lady, sits there and berates the workers. She yells and talks down to them continuously, even with customers in the room, which is extremely disrespectful. She has even berated a customer who was asking for a special order. She slings curse words around to her workers in a degrading way. They need to find a new person to replace her that’s more professional.
Coffee is great. Food is horrible. Ordered the wrap. Half of the wrap is hot and half of the wrap is still ice cold. I know there frozen, but at least make it somewhat edible.
