Great friendly service. The drink was made quick. It’s just a little too much creamer in my drink.
Let me preface this by saying I am an AVID dunkin donuts fan. I’ve been to all of the DDs in Florence and this one never fails to be the worst. This is the only one that has ever gotten my order completely wrong. And every single time I order an iced chai from here it’s always mainly milk. There is hardly any chai flavor and was almost completely milk. As soon as I had a sip of it my stomach immediately felt it. I hate drinking mostly milk. Disgusting.
Not to mention they messed up a frozen chocolate drink. It wasn’t frozen. Like how do you mess that up? Then they literally threw my munchkins in a bag. It was pretty disgusting.
Stopped by today for a coffee. It was more bitter than my local one back home, but one of the employees was nice enough to add more swirl for free. The bathrooms and seating area were nice clean & stocked well and the music wasn’t too loud either.
It’s always a joy to see Octavia and her Beautiful smile. She makes coming to DD a treat, she’s always friendly and gives excellent service. I’ve come on other days and aren’t greeted with the same attitude and courtesy as Octavia gives.
I come here daily and just want to let the staff know how great they are, but specifically Frankie. She has, more than once, gone out if her way to make my experience as perfect as possible when she didn’t have to go above and beyond at all for me. Not only that but she’s always so so sweet.
