This was one of the worst DD I have ever been at. The store was not very clean. I came to the counter to place my order and said good morning how are you today. The response was a very not so friendly “ can I take your order sir” like I was an inconvenience. On top of that she knew the person behind me in line and started talking to him before I could place my order. I finally placed my order and went to my se the rest room. I went to wash my hands put soap on only to find out the faucet did not work. I came out of the bathroom there was no one in line I wanted to let someone know there was an emergency issue nobody acknowledged me. Finally I told someone and the response was “ you do know there is a sensor there.” Really. I was allowed to wash my hands in the ladies room. I picked up my drink and waited for my food. I saw 3 other people get their food before me and finally went up there and saw my food pushed in the corner. All this great treatment for saying good morning. You need to have a DD rep come in a retrain this crew. I unfortunately will never come back to this particular DD. What a shame !
This DD is hit or miss with food and service. They have some amazing staff and they have ones who should not work with the public. 1/2 time coffee is correct & 1/2 time not. More times then not donuts are just tossed in a bag so frosting is stuck to bag.
Tried to go to the drive thru a half an hour before they closed and no one answered or took my order, meanwhile I pull around and all the workers are sitting there chatting it up and not doing their jobs. It’s clear no one wants to do the bare minimum anymore. And the food is not consistent in the slightest. Better off going to Starbucks
Maria and Mrs. Tran just provided me the best customer service I have ever recieved at any fast food restaurant. You ladies are the picture of what an employee should be. You guys made my day!! Much love ❤️ ❤️ and keep it up!!
Love this place!!! 😀 coming back now every week. Do yourself a favor and come to this Dunkin for excellence!
Was there at 8:40 this morning
Croissant with cheese and Black Forest bacon
Took 18 minutes to get it.
Cold Croissant, cold cheese, cold bacon.
Never again
This is the only DD that can’t do it right.
When I asked the girl making them was very rude
I left the croissant on the counter and left.
Keep the money.
I will contact corporate about this.
