I have to give credit & recognition to this great crew! There is no walk in ordering just drive thru & walk up pick up. It is Friday morning at 9:10 am and this location is swamped with people lining up out front (6-10), and many cars going thru the drive thru. Our family of 4 have been airstreaming our way from nj to fl & going back. We are regular iced matcha latte & iced caramel latte drinkers. I mean like every day! I have to give credit where credit is due. The team at this location has proven to be the best, most officiant & calm, cool under extreme pressure I have ever witnessed anywhere on the east coast of our dunkin runs! They prepared our order of 9 items perfectly, efficient, lighting fast & pleasant with a smile. Thank you! They deserve to be recognized by management & given bonuses & raises! This is busy myrtle beach!!
Enjoyed this Dunkin! They did a great job with the drinks and not only that they were quick with it. Will be stopping by when I’m in Myrtle Beach. 20/10 service.
Very pleasant experience you should drive through. Got a hot coffee and a coffee roll definitely recommend.
Frequent this location as it’s just down the road from my place. Some days it’s busy, like around the corner, cars blocking the exit lane, busy. This crew is amazing. They’re on-point, efficient and frequenting the walk-up window, deal with some pretty entitled people, and they just keep grinding it out and always give me A+ service.
Just a note for the owner, that your crew is doing a fantastic job, in a world where reliable service industry folks are hard to come by.
I really really wanted this dunkin to be a new regular stop for me since it’s location is convenient for me, but their tea has been stale EVERY TIME I’ve went, they are always out of seemingly everything and the only good employee I’ve seen isn’t even from that store.
