Was very busy and the wait took long than it should because one disgruntled customer was arguing with the staff. The doughnuts were pretty picked over but coffee was good. Iβm sure this was more of an exception than the norm.
Someone want to argue this isnβt service with a smile π these girls was amazing!!! Oh and did I mention the caramel craze coffee was mmmm mmmm good π And the grand babies said thanks for fixing them special donuts π© 1st time in this store as I am from Kentucky, but guaranteed I will be in it anytime Iβm here. Move over Starbucks the not only have friendly girls with beautiful smiles, they have the best coffee and awesome reward program. I recommend downloading the DD app and go for a visit!!!!! The employee working the front counter today was incredibly rude. I walked in with a cup in my hand to ask a question and she belted out “what’s going on?!, did you even order that here?”….. It was very off putting to not even be greeted, then met with a demanding question.
The Dunkin in LR made a mistake and I was asking if I could just have some carmel swirl, I was willing to pay for it when I walked in but after being spoken to in such a harsh manner I felt it was best just to leave as she seemed bothered by me being there.
I typically have outstanding service, cheerful conversations with the workers, but this lady made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable at a place I frequent often.
The last 3 times I have gone to this location I have asked my bagel to be toasted with cream cheese. 3 strikes, time to complain. All 3 times it’s cold and hard as a rock. No matter how many times you ask the staff to toast it, they refuse. You are better off taking a few extra minutes to drive to Little River where the staff will follow directions and do their jobs properly. No clue how there are 3 stars, must be friends and family because this location is the worst!!
I went the first 2 days on vacation. They obviously don’t know how to stir coffee with cream and sugar correctly. π After the 2nd day of disappointment, I decided to get McDonald’s coffee because it was way better.
