This Dunkin has a lot of traffic…..something may be good. The bagel and the coffees were perfectly prepared. The conditions of the store can be improved.
The staff was wonderful. Bagels were a bit under toasted, coffee was great. Was there for a meeting, but it was very loud making it difficult to hear. The parking is also very strange so be careful on your first visit
Everybody that works here has a smile on their face they greet you as a friend. They’re there when you need that coffee in the morning and you can barely see. And they’re there in the afternoon when you’re hungry after a long day and you just need something to keep you going. Great job guys You’re much appreciated 👍😎
Only giving a 1 star due to the service I was provided Sat 4/13. I ordered an ice coffee and 25 munchkins. When I got to the window. She handed me a bag of munchkins which I thought was weird because usually they come in a box. I went and parked in the Food Lion parking lot and counted them. The girl working the window that day only gave me 15 after I paid for 25. The only reason I didn’t go back I had my dog and daughter with me. Kinda disappointed as I come there very often and have never had a problem.
Ordered a carmel craze. Just wanted it frozen with whip and I was told that they don’t make it that way because it was a latte. They do not know how to make a custom drink at this location
