Super friendly staff and the store was clean. No complaints today. That said there have been staffing issues in the past where they have low inventory and close down everything but the drive through.
Today the staff was very sweet and even gave my kids free donuts. This visit was a polar opposite of one a while ago.
I love how they’re supposed to be open… I work at the hospital and I go to drive threw before work and the lights are off, and every employee( probably about 6 of them)….are all outside standing by the door and their all smoking. That’s real ummm cute.
Very unprofessional!! I went into the store and immediately the guy taking the order was rushing me after only taking one of my drink order . Then they rush the coffees which tasted aweful ! So all 3 of the employees could go outside and have a smoke break while leaving minors unattended in the store. When they finally come in the lady very rudely looked at us and said what we waiting for . We proceeded to tell her we was missing a drink . She reads the 1 order back saying she doesn’t see the drink . We tell her we have 2 separate orders and we are only missing the one drink . She gets even more upset and tells us she doesn’t see that order . Another lady comes from the back and said that she accident threw the ticket away but she remembered us ordering it . They finally give us our drink after 25 min in the store . Nora is the manager on duty and the other lady and the man are very rude . Please think about the people you hire they are a reflection on your business .
Listen working for the public is HARD. I’ve been in public service for over 5 years now and I KNOW days get daunting and all you want is a paycheck so you can keep on living. Yesterday I went in with an odd request and the person in front of me was a Karen and a half. Making rude side comments and generally making their jobs difficult for no good reason over some sweet tea. The crew on shift was patient, went above and beyond, and pleasant even AFTER the lady was making obvious rude comments to other customers. They were following the rules and the customer before me didn’t like that. Oh well ya cranky old bat quit ruining these hard workers day! I told the person it wasn’t their fault and that they had set rules to follow. They couldn’t fulfill my odd request but you didn’t see me throwing a tantrum like a toddler. Good on the workers for their patience and pleasant attitude! I will be a regular at this establishment!
Norma and Pedro were fantastic!! My partner and I work for an ambulance company and are constantly going to this Dunkin since it is across from the hospital. Norma and Pedro were extremely friendly and helped us to decide what we wanted! They were very patient with us and had very good recommendations! They made us feel like we were in a local coffee shop by taking the time with us. Would definitely recommend!
